7/97 (Y) C - S/03 William of Disse 1432 William of Disse was Sacrist of St.Edmunds Monastery at Bury, duly elected; but he was only so for four days, having so great a fear upon him that he should not discharge his office well, that all the time he could not rest, and therefore petitioned Abbot Samson that he might resign.
